The Circular Reuse Hub
Our 2026 expansion plan aims to secure a dedicated physical space in Miami-Dade, allowing us to scale our impact, process more donation volume, and expand our reach.
Current Operations
We are maximizing every square foot of our existing footprint, but volume is rapidly outpacing our physical capacity. These operations demonstrate our meticulous sorting process and the urgent need for a dedicated hub.
High-Volume Intake
Incoming donations require rapid processing. Community generosity is high, but our ability to intake large bulk drops is severely restricted by current square footage.
Meticulous Sorting
Every garment is evaluated, sized, and hung. A dedicated hub would allow for multi-station sorting lines, drastically reducing processing times.
Categorized Storage
Household goods and textiles are organized into bins to maximize limited space before being routed to direct redistribution or resale channels.
Retail & Redistribution Potential
Pop-up configurations demonstrate what is possible. A permanent physical storefront eliminates dependency on third-party online marketplaces.
The Current Bottleneck
Our early results prove the model works: the community wants to donate responsibly, and the revenue generated provides vital support. However, our current operational capacity is strictly limited by physical space. Without a dedicated hub, we are forced to limit large donations and rely heavily on third-party online marketplaces.
Expansion Vision
Securing the Circular Reuse Hub resolves our space constraint and unlocks four critical scaling capabilities:
- Accept more volume: Process larger donations and intercept more usable goods from the waste stream.
- Launch local retail: Provide affordable secondhand access directly to the community, reducing marketplace fees.
- Host events: Create a space for community redistribution events and direct support initiatives.
- Volunteer opportunities: Build capacity for community sorting days and engagement. Request a volunteer time.
Help Us Build the Hub
We are actively seeking capacity-building grants, corporate sponsorships, and philanthropic partners to support the launch of the Circular Reuse Hub.
