How The Process Works

- 2. Prepare Your ItemsPack your gently used clothing, shoes, and small household textiles into sturdy bags or boxes. Please ensure items are clean and dry.
- 3. Direct Community ImpactOnce collected, our volunteers meticulously sort your goods to determine the highest and best use—either direct redistribution or sustaining retail.
